How Wholesale Ordering Works

Tell us a little about your business or organization and what you’re looking to source. We’ll help you get set up for wholesale ordering and answer any questions about your needs.
2. Shop the Weekly Market

Browse available local food online from Friday at 3 PM through Tuesday at 5 PM. Choose from seasonal produce, proteins, dairy, pantry goods, specialty products, and more.
3. We Coordinate Your Order

After the market closes, farms harvest and prepare your order. Tahoe Food Hub sorts, packs, and coordinates regional delivery or warehouse pickup later that week.

For case quantities or bulk purchasing, our team can work with you one-on-one to share what’s fresh and coordinate pre-orders.

Order Friday at 3 PM through Tuesday at 5 PM, with Thursday delivery to Truckee + North Tahoe, Friday delivery to Reno + Portola + South Lake Tahoe, and Truckee warehouse pickup available later that week.
