Donate to the Tahoe Food Hub

It takes a community to build a local food system. Your tax deductible donations make our good work possible. Check out how your support and services can make all the difference.

Farm to School

Our Farm-to-School program partners with Tahoe Truckee Unified School District (TTUSD) to bring fresh, local produce directly to the cafeteria. This not only provides students with nutritious, locally sourced food but also supports our farmers.

Additionally, we collaborate with Tahoe Forest Hospital for their "Harvest of the Month" program, introducing children to a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables, helping foster healthy eating habits from a young age.

Giving Boxes

Our Giving Box program increases access to fresh, healthy produce for those facing food insecurity. Each bx is filled with sustainably-grown produce from local farms who are paid a fair price.

Every $20 donation provides a local family with a Giving Box for the week and covers 3-4 meals.  This program compliments other food pantry programs to ensure people in need are receiving enough fresh fruits and vegetables.

General Fund

Our General Fund provides the building blocks for developing a local food system. Every donation strengthens the infrastructure that makes it possible to create a network of local farms and create access to local food.

We rely on grants and donations to help with operating costs that can’t be covered by our earned-income model, Farm to Market. Help increase our capacity to make this local food system possible.
