Summer Panzanella Salad

 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 2-3 Cucumbers 

  • 1-2 Heirloom Tomatoes

  • Handful of basil 

  • 1 peach

  • Bread (preferably stale) 

  • Red leaf magenta lettuce - torn into pieces 

  • Vinaigrette salad dressing (Farmhouse Labs Red Sunflower Dressing is Recommended) 

  • Optional: Burrata or Mozzarella


Instructions

  1. Chop cucumber, tomatoes, peach and basil into bite size pieces and toss in a salad bowl with lettuce. 

  2. Cut bread into cubes and place on a hot pan with olive oil. Toast bread on each side and add to the bowl with fruits and vegetables.

  3. Add salt/pepper, dressing of choice, and optional mozzarella or burrata cheese. 

  4. Mix well and serve
