Green Garlic Miso Butter on Toast with Sliced Radish and Scallions

 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 1 tablespoon of miso paste (white, yellow, or red) 

  • 1 tablespoon of butter (Sierra Nevada Salted Butter is recommended)

  • 1-2 radishes thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon of chopped scallion

  • Toast of choice (sourdough is recommended) 

  • ½ tablespoon of minced green garlic


Instructions

  1. Finely chop, slice and mince green garlic, radish, and scallion and set aside. 

  2. In a small microwave safe bowl combine butter and miso. Heat for 5-10 seconds to soften and mix thoroughly until evenly combined. Add in green garlic and stir to incorporate. 

  3. Toast sliced bread and top with a generous portion of miso butter. Layer with sliced radish and scallions and enjoy!
