Shop online at Harvest to Order, your hub for seasonal, sustainably-grown fruits and veggies from local farms. Produce is “harvested to order” for peak freshness. Customize your order or select a curated Harvest Box filled with seasonal fruits and vegetables for $29.95. Add-on a variety of grocery items including pastured meats and eggs as well as specialty products such as pasta and preserves.

How It Works

 

STEP 1 - MAKE AN ACCOUNT

 
 
 
 

A Harvest Box includes 7-8 produce items, highlighting local seasonal vegetables, and costs $29.95.

STEP 2 - CREATE & PLACE YOUR Order

  • Each Friday, you’ll get an email with the week’s Harvest Box item list plus seasonal highlights.

  • Online shopping is ‘open’ Friday @ 5pm until 5pm on Tuesday

  • When you want to shop, login to our Online Marketplace , select a curated ‘Harvest Box’ OR customize your own box and goodies. 

  • Optional add ons include: pasture-raised meats, eggs, dairy, grains, and other specialty products.

  • Confirm your order & delivery location.

  • Complete payment via credit card.

 
 
 

STEP 3 - PICK-UP & EnJOY!

  • Truckee-Tahoe customers, pick-up at the Tahoe Food Hub Warehouse near Raley’s Soaring Way.

  • Reno customers, pick-up Friday at The Park Farm in West Reno @ the corner of McCarran and Mayberry

  • Pick-up is also available at 4 different drop locations: Tahoe City, Kings Beach, Incline Village and Sierraville

 

The Fine Print

  • Harvest to Order provides the ease of a traditional CSA box (Community Supported Agriculture) without the seasonal commitment or upfront costs.

  • Account holders do not need to order every week and only pay when an order is placed.

  • A Harvest Box includes 7-8 produce items, highlighting local seasonal vegetables.

  • A Harvest Box costs $29.95.

Harvest and Order Schedule

Truckee Customers:

  • Order 5pm Friday until 5pm Tuesday

  • Pick-ups: Thursday 4-7 pm, Friday 10am-6pm

  • Pick-ups Location: Tahoe Food Hub Warehouse 12116 Chandelle Way, Unit D1 (next to the Truckee Airport, across from the new Raley’s)

  • If you forget to pick-up on your scheduled day, pick-up on Saturday

Reno customers:

  • Order 5pm Friday until 5pm Tuesday

  • Pick-up on Friday at The Park Farm in West Reno @ the corner of McCarran and Mayberry

Tahoe City Drop Customers:

  • Order 5pm Friday until 5pm Tuesday

  • Pick-up on Friday outside Muse Art Reclaimed at 855 N Lake Blvd, Tahoe City, CA 96145

  • You will recieve a text message when your order is delivered

Kings Beach Drop Customers:

  • Order 5pm Friday until 5pm Tuesday

  • Pick-up on Friday outside Chickadee Art Collective at 8428 Trout Ave, Kings Beach, CA 96143

  • You will recieve a text message when your order is delivered

Incline Village Drop Customers:

  • Order 5pm Friday until 5pm Tuesday

  • Pick-up on Friday outside a private residence at 753 Mays Blvd, Incline Village, NV 89451

  • You will recieve a text message when your order is delivered

Sierraville Customers:

  • Order 5pm Friday until 5pm Tuesday

  • Pick-up on Friday outside a private residence at 206 W Willow St, Sierraville, CA 96126
