Help Tahoe Food Hub “Make the Move” to their new Truckee Warehouse by attending one of their Pitchfork & the Pan pop-up farm dinners. We bring the farm to you in three unique locations. Chef and farmer will work together to grow and prepare a 4-course meal filled with seasonal produce and proteins. Come meet the farmers who grow our food, hear their story and celebrate in the harvest! Each dinner will be at a unique location in North Lake Tahoe from wilderness settings to lake shore beaches. Guests will enjoy music by local artists and two glasses of wine (additional wine available for purchase) and beer. It will be an intimate dining experience with capacity for 55-65 people per dinner. Reserve your seats at the table today. Directions to each venue will be provided upon registration.
The 2018 Pitchfork & the Pan pop-up farm dinners are being held in conjunction with our Make the Move Fund-Drive. The Make the Move Fund Drive is helping raise $160K to build-out Tahoe Food Hub’s warehouse at the Truckee-Tahoe Airport set to open November 1, 2018. Each dinner provides an opportunity to not only learn more about where our food comes from but how the Tahoe Food Hub is working hard to create a network of small farms and create access to local food for North Lake Tahoe.
