Drink specials are available with $4 draft beers and $5 house wines. Live music will be provided by local bluegrass band, The McAlindin Brothers. And a packed raffle will give everyone a chance at winning a variety of prizes from dining cards and lift tickets to clothing and even a gas BBQ grill donated by Western Nevada Supply. No reservations required! For more information contact Fireside Pizza at 530-584-6150.
For the past 8 years, Fireside Pizza and their sister restaurant, Rubicon Pizza, in The Village at Northstar, have chosen a non-profit partner to support for an entire 12-months. Fireside Pizza had a variety of ways for guests to contribute from purchases at the outdoor pizza cart, drink specials and adding a $1 to their bill. The year-long fundraiser culminates with a fundraising dinner in the fall to make the campaign a huge success!
The Farm to School fund will be used by the Tahoe Food Hub to purchase food for school meals from small, family farms within 100-miles of North Lake Tahoe. It ensures farmers get a fair price for their food. In return, students develop a stronger connection with where food comes from and how their food purchases can impact their environment, community and their own health.
